A Year in Review

It’s been an incredible year for us at EvenVision, and I simply wanted to take a moment to thank all of our amazing clients for helping to push us further than we could’ve expected over the past 12 months.

For those of you who haven’t met me, my name is Garrett Perks, I am the Founder at EvenVision. For those who do know me, “Hello again!” It’s been a joy to watch EvenVision grow. As we start prepping for another year, I wanted to reflect on some of our biggest developments we've had as a company over the past year, and speak to what we are aiming to accomplish in the next year.

2017 in Review:

Increased Ongoing Support: We’ve been actively pushing to provide better support for our clients, through the launch of our EvenVision Communication Center and the development of our new maintenance system for added security and increased site performance.

Analytics & Data Driven Decisions: My team’s been actively tackling new methods to provide our clients with an increased understanding of their website success, and at the same time help uncover areas ripe for improvement.

Green Server Hosting: We have a passion for our clean environment and cherish the unique natural beauty of our surroundings. Launching this server has been something that I’ve been seeking to do for years, so watching it come to fruition has been exciting!

Digital Marketing Consulting: As our clients have grown, and changed, our team's been proactively learning new skills, and testing the waters with ideas that have been incredibly beneficial for all our clients, not only those with e-commerce. A small portion of what my staff has developed can now be found in our Insights - free for everyone to access, with many more in the pipeline next year.

Our Team’s Growth: Over this last year EvenVision celebrated it’s 10th year in business, with both Matt & Josh celebrating their 5-year anniversaries. During the last year, we wished a few of our staff well as they explored new opportunities, but have been blessed with the skills and beautiful minds both Kim & Kirstina have brought to our team. We’re looking forward to growing more in the year ahead.

These are just the highlights. It’s been a wild journey watching our business model expand and transform over the past 12 months, in which we’ve worked with over 30 new clients, and we couldn’t be more excited about many of the new ideas we are working on for 2018.

2018 & Beyond:

Interactive Digital Experiences: Our teams been hard at work, constructing and developing new systems for improving user experience, and capitalizing on the latest technology that allows for a truly animated and interactive digital experience.

E-commerce Optimization: We’ve been working with a number of clients on squeezing out every ounce of their online store. In 2018 we’re looking forward to continuing our development of promotional systems, interactive shopping experiences, subscription-based services, and helping our clients capitalize on email marketing strategies and methods for reaching engaged audiences.

Seattle Office: Over the past year Matt made the move to colder climates, and in doing so opened the doors to a world of new possibilities. While we work with clients all over we prefer to be able to meet, shake hands, and share conversation over a warm cup of coffee. We’re looking forward to the possibility of setting up a new location to add to our reach in Santa Rosa, and Arcata.

Learning: It’s one of our core values, and it’s fundamental to the environment we have at EvenVision. We learn because we have a genuine love for an industry that changes quickly. Who knows what we will learn in 2018, but you can count that we’ll share it with you all when it’s time to help your business.

Looking back over the past decade, it’s hard to imagine the company that now exists at EvenVision. It’s grown in ways I can’t believe and has continued to grow as an inspirational team, with clients that continue to push us all to new heights.

I look forward to a new year, and I just want to take the time to wish you all a fantastic holiday season; I cannot wait to connect in the new year.
